BOOKING POLICY

The need to know…

  • Time of arrival

 

Your booking duration starts at the time it has been confirmed for, rather than the time of arrival. As demand is so high, we are unable to hold the table for longer than 15 minutes, so we recommend you arrive as promptly as possible

  • Cancellations and no shows

We understand that circumstances may change and you may be unable to attend your booking. That’s not a problem, just let us know in advance and we can move your booking to another date of your choosing (subject to availability). We need more than 24 hours notice to do this. All fees paid are none refundable. If you wish to change your booking, please reply to the original booking confirmation you have received.

  • What if the venue is closed due to Covid regulations?

In instances where we have hoped to be open, but have been forced to close due to Government regulations, all bookings will be contacted, and we will move the bookings to a date once we reopen.

  • Group Sizes

We are currently operating in line with government guidance and can only allow parties of up to 6 guests to book until June 21st. We also ask that you familiarise yourselves with the Government guidelines, and only visit MONK in a compliant manner.

  • Multiple Bookings from the same party

In line with our Group Size policy, we are unable to take multiple bookings from the same group for the same time, and we will contact you in advance to amend or cancel your booking should this happen. We have made changes to our operation to ensure we are Covid-19 safe, and unfortunately multiple groups from the same party interferes with some of these measures.

  • Table Durations

Our online booking system will offer you the durations available for your party dependant on group size with a standard maximum duration of 3 hours. If you know you would like the table for a longer period, or for the full duration of the evening, we may be able to accommodate this by allotting you a minimum spend. We always consider specific customer requests but cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate them
